Breakfast Burgers Recipe for Father's day 2024

The meat in these breakfast burgers is very juicy, and they are stuffed with the best breakfast foods and squished in a crunchy toasted muffin! 

1/4 cup mayonnaise 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard 1 tablespoon drained prepared horseradish Burger: 8 ounces bulk Italian sausage Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper 1 tablespoon unsalted butter 1/2 cup shredded Cheddar (about 2 ounces) 4 English muffins, regular, sandwich-size or corn, split and toasted 1 vine-ripe tomato, thickly sliced into 4 piece 1 cup peppery greens, such as baby arugula, mustard greens or watercre 4 large egg


The dressing: Mix mayonnaise, mustard, and horseradish in a small bowl and leave aside. Gently combine 1/4 teaspoon salt and pepper into burgers.



Make four 4-inch patties from the meat. Melt butter in a 12-inch nonstick skillet over medium-high heat and add patties.  

Flip after 3 minutes of browning. Add some cheese and cook for 2–3 minutes until the cheese melts and the burger is cooked through.  

Spread mustard dressing on toasted muffins and top with tomato and burger meat. Crack eggs into sausage drippings in skillet and heat to taste.  

Add an egg to each burger and top the English muffin with young arugula.
