Baked Oatmeal With Berries Recipe: These baked berries make oatmeal even better for breakfast for people who already like oatmeal. The outside is a little yellow, and the inside is soft and full of a pretty sweet mix of berries.
Ingredients
- 2 cups old fashioned rolled oats
- ¾ cup sliced almonds
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- ½ teaspoon baking soda
- ½ teaspoon kosher salt
- 1 ¾ cups milk (dairy or dairy-free)
- ¼ cup honey or maple syrup
- 2 large eggs
- 2 tablespoons melted unsalted butter or coconut oil
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 2 ½ cups frozen mixed berries
